4. Content and Submissions

Hosts and organizations may submit residency opportunities and related information (“Submissions”).
By submitting, you grant Rezlogue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and promote your content.
You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and lawful.

5. Donations and Payments

Patrons may donate to support Rezlogue or specific projects.
Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
A portion of project-linked donations may go to Rezlogue for platform upkeep.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or harmful information.
Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website or its services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on Rezlogue are owned by Rezlogue or its partners.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute materials without prior written consent.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Rezlogue is not responsible for the actions or outcomes of hosts, artists, or patrons.
We do not guarantee selection, funding, or project success.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

Rezlogue may suspend or terminate accounts or access at any time for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to Nigerian courts.
